In Memory of William John Thompson Coulman V
Bill Coulman born January 27, 1956 met his expected age of mortality at 49 (the same age as his grandfather) on July 24, 2005. Jane said that he had never expected to live very long and lived life for every minute. His dental partner said it best during his memorial service, "Bill was born one generation too late. He still believed in integrity of people. A man's word was as good as gold and everyone should be trusted until proven otherwise." This was a man that loved his God, his family, his friends, and his toys. No one could accuse Bill of going along with the crowd. He lived life his own way, taking Jane along for the ride. Bill took us all to places in time that we would never venture to on our own. I personally will take a little bit of Bill Coulman in my heart and soul wherever I go. We'll miss you Bill!
Bill, after passing the Greenfield Village review stand at the Old Car Festival. He had just received an award for Best of Class. Jerry Banks tells me that the flask that he is drinking from was just found on the seat one day in Columbus.
The next couple of pictures were taken when Bill picked this car up at Chris Figge's in Westerville. It was not really clear if Bill knew exactly what he was doing; but, that wasn't alway important to Bill's way of thinking.
If anyone has a picture that they would like to add to this tribute, please contact Jim Cook.
